Uzoamaka Nwanneka Aduba was born on the 10th February 1981, in Boston, Massachusetts USA, and is an actress, best known for playing the role of Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren in the series “Orange Is the New Black” (2013 – present), for which she won two Emmy Awards consecutively and a Screen Actors Guild Award, as well as receiving two nominations for Golden Globe Awards. Before the television fame she had starred in several musicals, including “Coram Boy” and “Godspell” on Broadway. She has been active in the entertainment industry since 2003.
