Sisqo Net Worth $4 Million

Mark Althavean Andrews, better known to the world as Sisqo, was born in 1978, in Maryland. While still a teenager, Sisqo worked in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. There he met Larry Anthony, Tamir Ruffin and James Green with whom Sisqo created a band called Dru Hill. In 1999 one of the band members, James Green, decided to leave Dru Hill and begin his solo career. Later other members also decided to debut as solo artists. This was the time when Sisqo released his first solo album, entitled Unleash the Dragon. It included two hits, Incomplete and Thong Song. These songs became really popular and gained Sisqo a lot of acclaim. It also had a huge impact on the growth of Sisqo’s net worth.

In 2000 Dru Hill was supposed to reunite but the members of the group but had a lot of conflicts and the reunion didn’t happen. As the band didn’t reunite, Sisqo had other activities to do. He became a host of a program, called ‘Sisqo’s Shakedown’. What is more, Sisqo appeared in such movies as ‘Snow Dogs’ and ‘Get Over It’. During the filming of these movies Sisqo had an opportunity to work with Kirsten Dunst, Ben Foster, Shane West, James Coburn, Cuba Gooding Jr. and many others. His appearances in these movies also added to Sisqo’s net worth.

In 2001 Sisqo released his second album, Return of Dragon, and became a huge success. Later Sisqo was a part of ‘Celebrity Big Brother 2010’ and together with Dru Hill released an album called InDRUpendence Day. Recently Sisqo is planning to release another solo album and is also performing together with Dru Hill. Let’s hope that he will continue his career as a musician for a long time in the future.

All in all, it could be said that Sisqo is a talented and successful musician as well as an actor. Sisqo gained acclaim while being a part of Dru Hill as well as a solo artist. There is a high chance that in the future Sisqo’s net worth will become even higher than it is now. As Sisqo is still young he will probably release more solo albums and his fans will be able to enjoy his work.

Looks like we don't have Sisqo salary information. Sorry!

#Fact
1 Preparing his new album for release called "The Last Dragon" [January 2006]
2 Released his second his solo CD [June 2001]
3 The name "Sisqo" was Andrews' nickname from his old neighborhood in Baltimore, as his childhood friends thought his light curly hair made him look Latino.
4 Sisqo's vocal style has a lot in common with that of K-Ci Hailey from the R&B group Jodeci. As such, several people, K-Ci included, have criticized Sisqo as having co-opted K-Ci's singing style wholesale, while Sisqo himself has gone on record many times naming K-Ci as his primary influence.
5 Sisqo's visual trademarks are his eclectic hair styles and his flamboyant stage costumes, which were regularly flashier than those of his group mates. Over his career as a recording artist, both with and without Dru Hill, Sisqo's hairstyles have included a bleached blond Caesar, a platinum-colored Caesar (colored with silver spray-paint), blond cornrows, and a neon-red dyed Caesar. Sisqo's flashy style has led to a widespread and longtime rumor that he might be gay or bisexual, allegations which he has consistently denied.
6 Has a development deal with NBC television and a five-picture deal with Miramax.
7 Member of the group Dru Hill.
8 Has his own record label, Dragon Records.
9 Has an older sister, Donisha (b. 1974) who is also his assistant.
10 Has a daughter named Shaione (b. 1995).
