After graduation from high school, Richard continued his car business as well as starting to construct cars. Rawlings subsequently sold his printing/advertising company in order to launch Gas Monkey Garage. The reality show “Fast N’ Loud” (2012 – present) is focused on the work in this garage, with the main stars of the show being Richard Rawlings and Aaron Kaufman. They are looking for broken down, shabby cars to buy, restore and sell.
