To the public, Maury Povich is perhaps best known as the host of the popular talk show called “Maury”. The show premiered on television screens in 1991, and has aired for 22 seasons so far. He initially worked at the Washington DC radio and television station, before moving on to host “Panorama”, a talk show, which gained him a lot of public exposure and acclaim. After leaving “Panorama”, Maury Povich received numerous job offers and opportunities to work in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Povich’s major breakthrough came in 1986, when he was asked to host a television news magazine called “A Current Affair”.
