Jeffrey Michael Fisher was born on 25 February 1958, in Culver City, California USA, and is an American Football coach and former player, best known for being the head coach of the Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Rams in the National Football League (NFL).

Fisher attended Taft High School in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, where he became a skilled All-American wide receiver for the school’s football team. In 1981 he was selected in the seventh round as the 177th pick by the Chicago Bears in the NFL Draft – his wealth began to rise. He went on to spent five seasons with the team, being a defensive back and return specialist.
