Watcyn Damian Lewis was born on the 11th February 1971, in St. John’s Wood, London, UK, and is an actor and producer, the winner of a Golden Globe, Emmy, Satellite and other awards. He is probably best known for his role as the greater Richard Winters in the miniseries “Band of Brothers” (2001), as Soames Forsyte in the miniseries “The Forsyte Saga” (2002–2003) and as Sergeant Nicholas Brody in the series “Homeland” (2011-2013). Damian Lewis has been active in the entertainment industry since 1993.
