He collaborated with Big L, Bloodshed and Mase and created a group called ‘Children of the Corn”. When one of the members died in a car accident, the group disbanded. Cam’ron then began his solo career and released his debut album in 1998 called “Confessions of Fire”. The album soon became popular and added a lot to Cam’ron’s net worth.

In 2000 Cam’ron released his second album, during the making of which he worked with Tommy Mottola. The album was entitled “S.D.E.” which meant “Sports, Drugs & Entertainment”. Other albums released by Cam’ron are “Come Home with Me”, “Purple Haze”, “Crime Pays”, “Killa Season” and others. All these albums had a huge impact on the growth of Cam’ron’s net worth.
